IMPACT: Interdenominational Ministerial Project Addressing Clergy Trauma. IMPACT was a  resource for senior pastors and congregations. We offered workshops from experts in their respective fields to assist clergy who experience secondary trauma. In addition to our online resources, we also offered pastoral coaching and peer learning opportunities at no cost.
